إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ
MSSesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan (Al-Quran) ini pada Malam Lailatul-Qadar,
ENIndeed, We sent it [i.e., the Qur’ān] down during the Night of Decree.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Dengan nama Allah, Yang Maha Pemurah, lagi Maha Mengasihani.

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ
MSDan apa jalannya engkau dapat mengetahui apa dia kebesaran Malam Lailatul-Qadar itu?
ENAnd what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?

لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ
MSMalam Lailatul-Qadar lebih baik daripada seribu bulan.
ENThe Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
MSPada Malam itu, turun malaikat dan Jibril dengan izin Tuhan mereka, kerana membawa segala perkara (yang ditakdirkan berlakunya pada tahun yang berikut);
ENThe angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.

سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ
MSSejahteralah Malam (yang berkat) itu hingga terbit fajar!
ENPeace it is until the emergence of dawn.
